What you will do

• Own and manage work intake, clarifying scope, objectives, and constraints for incoming requests.
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery forecasts, and timelines for a diverse set of initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize work, facilitate trade-offs, and align delivery expectations.
• Identify, track, and manage internal/external dependencies and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Manage outbound communications, providing concise status updates and risk reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the team's Agile execution by tracking commitments and progress.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Experience supporting engineering, data, or platform teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with high variability.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and dependencies.

Nice to have

• Experience working with data engineering or analytics teams.
• Familiarity with AWS-based data architectures.
• Experience managing work across multiple products or domains.
