• Build high-quality, useful software as part of a cross-functional team.
• Break down work and maintain strong communication regarding ongoing tasks.
• Practice intentional mentorship for less experienced team members.
• Contribute to code reviews and foster an environment of honesty and low ego.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and problems with instinctive diagnosis.
• Research new technologies and discover tools to effect change across the organization.

Requirements

• Expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, .NET MVC, and Web API.
• Experience with React or similar frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools and modern development practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of API Security and OAuth.
• Familiarity with Git and solid understanding of SQL best practices.
• Experience writing unit tests and building CI/CD pipelines using PowerShell.
• Experience giving and receiving code reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience working in horizontally scaling systems.
• Knowledge of message/event-driven architecture patterns and distributed systems architecture.
• Familiarity with systems integration.
• Experience working with an integrated design team and an automation mindset.
