What you will do

• Provide 2-level technical support on out-of-office and weekend basis.
• Secure agreed service levels in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Monitor infrastructure and integration into other systems.
• Handle incident and escalation reporting.
• Maintain and develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in technical support domain.
• General technical background or equivalent education.
• Understanding of standard ITSM processes (log and report incidents/problems).
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) required.
• Readiness for night shifts.
