TL;DR

Lead Product Data Analyst: Driving analytics across subscription products and web funnels with an accent on improving conversion, retention, and LTV. Focus on hands-on analysis, mentoring analysts, and collaborating with Data Engineering/BI to ensure data foundations reliability.

Location: Remote (Any country within approximately ± 4 hours of CET)

What you will do

  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and decision criteria with Product, Marketing, and Data Teams.
  • Create and improve dashboards and reporting, ensuring clarity and trust.
  • Perform full-funnel analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements or A/B test ideas.
  • Lead user behavior analysis (journeys, drop-offs, activation) using event data.
  • Own and maintain event taxonomy and tracking structure; validate implementation.
  • Design and build robust, reusable SQL data models; mentor Junior/Middle Data Analysts.

Requirements

  • Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Mathematics, Data Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with proven ownership of end-to-end analysis and stakeholder delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate analysis into clear business actions.
  • Strong experience in Product Analytics covering funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV, churn, and segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience with event analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude) and advanced SQL.
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and in subscription business or acquisition-driven web funnels.
  • Strong spoken and written English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Marketing Analytics.
  • Experience with Python and/or R.
  • Experience with GCP and BigQuery.
  • Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow and/or dbt.
