What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of global editorial programs and content calendars across PlayStation Store surfaces.
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Store Operations to ensure cohesive and impactful editorial delivery.
• Own editorial planning and execution for the Japan Store, adapting global strategy to the local market.
• Define and implement global editorial guidelines, tone-of-voice frameworks, and quality standards.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for A/B testing and iterative improvement of editorial surfaces.
• Mentor and coach editorial team members and contributors across different global regions.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in editorial, digital publishing, content strategy, or program management within the video games industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex content pipelines and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Strong editorial judgment and narrative-shaping skills with a deep understanding of gaming culture.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and performance evaluation of content programs.
• Demonstrated success in managing or mentoring editorial teams across multi-region environments.
• Ability to operate effectively across time zones with stakeholders in the US, UK, and Japan.
