IT Support Specialist

TL;DR

IT Support Specialist (IT Operations): Assisting in hardware deployment and logistics, and troubleshooting basic IT issues for Apple and Windows products with an accent on inventory tracking, deployment tools, and eWaste remediation. Focus on coordinating IT hardware needs globally and supporting a hybrid office environment.

Location: Based in Warsaw, Poland, with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: 6,000–6,665 PLN gross per month.

What you will do

• Assist in ordering IT hardware and managing inventory across all hirify.global locations.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems for Apple and Windows devices.
• Deploy desk setups, new laptops, and mobile devices using standard deployment tools (JAMF, Intune, Airwatch).
• Provide onsite printer/copier support.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and eWaste remediation for IT hardware.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an IT Deployment & Logistics role.
• Knowledge of basic troubleshooting for current hardware and peripherals for Apple and Windows systems.
• Experience with asset management software, hardware tracking, and ticket-based enterprise workflow management systems (e.g., hirify.global, Zendesk).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ pounds) as needed.
• English: B2 required.
