What you will do

  • Serve as the Strategic Lead for marketing operations within the NAM region, leveraging the martech stack.
  • Oversee successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies for optimization, including A/B testing.
  • Administer and maintain the marketing automation tool (Marketo), designing workflows, nurtures, and advanced reporting solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within campaign management workflows to streamline execution.
  • Partner closely with internal departments for system, tool, and data strategy alignment and seamless integration.

Requirements

  • Marketo Certified Expert (or equivalent certification) is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field, or relevant equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, and managing marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven expertise in creating strategic, scalable, and impactful marketing workflows in Marketo.
  • Advanced proficiency in Marketo, including workflows, segmentation, email campaigns, landing pages, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in regional roles, particularly in North America (NAM).
  • Familiarity with Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible) and Tableau.
