What you will do

• Design and maintain monitoring solutions for metrics, logs, and traces.
• Deploy and manage monitoring infrastructure using tools like Grafana Labs ecosystems and ICINGA2.
• Respond to automated alerts and participate in on-call rotations for global operations.
• Partner with engineering teams to resolve availability, performance, and security issues.
• Build automation to reduce operational overhead and develop self-service observability tooling.
• Support CI/CD pipelines for monitoring infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure operations.
• 5+ years of Linux/Unix systems expertise and performance troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of experience with observability platforms (metrics, logging, tracing, visualization).
• 3+ years of configuration management experience (Ansible, Puppet, or similar).
• 3+ years of professional experience in scripting (Python, Go, Bash, JavaScript, etc.).
• Hands-on incident response and on-call participation.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern observability stacks.
• Background supporting large-scale distributed systems.
• Synthetic monitoring platform experience.
