What you will do

• Lead architectural investigations and implementation for circuits such as PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, and CDRs.
• Perform design verification using industry-standard tools like SPICE, Spectre, and MATLAB.
• Interface with layout, verification, and application teams to ensure design integrity.
• Manage the delivery of analog IP, bringing designs from concept to production.
• Collaborate with a team of analog design engineers on complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designs such as PLL, Data Converters, Oscillators, and high-speed SerDes.
• Mandatory experience with analog design and verification tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, post layout extraction).
• Solid understanding of signal integrity improvement, noise reduction, and Multi-GHz low-jitter clock generation & distribution.
• Good understanding of analog layouts in FinFet and their effect on high-speed designs.
• Experience in system-level pre-tape out analog validation, lab chip bring-up, and debugging efforts.
• Must be eligible to access technology and/or software subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
