What you will do
- Manage delivery and set income targets for client portfolios.
- Drive commercial growth and innovation opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day client account activities and team management.
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure agency profitability and effective budget utilization.
- Lead integration between various agencies working on client accounts.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience as a Business Unit Director or 5 years in Senior Leadership.
- Strong gravitas and ability to build relationships with senior clients.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and P&L management skills.
- Experience in managing teams in a matrix environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive solutions.
- Understanding of communication within broader business context.
