• Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, and performant software at scale.
• Solve tough, technical problems related to performance bottlenecks and architectural improvements.
• Navigate and contribute to a mature, complex codebase, leaving it better than found.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code.
• Share expertise through code reviews, pairing, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in software engineering, including full-stack development.
• Highly competent in PHP and JavaScript, comfortable diving into large legacy codebases.
• Structured approach to solving complex problems in systems with many moving parts.
• Passion for building products and making a real impact.
• Thoughtful, pragmatic, and deeply caring about quality, user experience, and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with humility, communicate clearly, and enjoy learning from and teaching others.
• Sure-footed in a remote environment, able to build effective working relationships with a global team.

• Experience with Vue.js or modern JS frameworks.
