What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AWS cloud infrastructure deployment and migration programs.
• Govern migration waves across landing zones, applications, and data, coordinating execution.
• Manage program delivery plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure successful transformation and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure, data center support, or cloud program/project management.
• At least 6 years leading large-scale migrations from on-premise environments to AWS, AWS OpenShift, or AWS Outposts.
• Proven experience managing full lifecycle cloud migration programs.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services such as Control Tower, EC2, VPC, IAM, and Migration Hub.
• Solid understanding of VMware environments, data replication, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience managing complex, multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to build and manage detailed project plans, define milestones, and control risks and dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
