What you will do

• Implement and maintain backend services using C# across .NET Framework and modern .NET.
• Modernize existing applications, including migrating to SDK-style projects and upgrading frameworks.
• Build and maintain RESTful Web APIs and Azure-hosted services.
• Define and maintain cloud infrastructure using IaC tools like ARM templates or Bicep.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and enhance code quality through refactoring and standards adherence.
• Diagnose and resolve reliability issues across distributed systems.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with C# in both .NET Framework and modern .NET.
• 5–7 years of experience building, deploying, and operating services hosted in Azure.
• 5–7 years of strong experience defining and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (ARM templates, Bicep, or equivalent).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum with two-week sprints.
• Ability to work independently on scoped assignments and collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication skills across technical and partner teams.

Nice to have

• Experience splitting or migrating workloads to new repositories or isolated environments.
• Exposure to large-scale or legacy enterprise systems undergoing modernization.
• Experience improving developer tooling or engineering workflows.
• Background working on secure engineering initiatives or identity modernization.
