What you will do

• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding curricula and educational materials that empower scientists to master protein engineering with AI.
• Create high-quality content including step-by-step technical guides, video tutorials, explainer content, and interactive workshops.
• Establish and maintain documentation standards, troubleshoot guides, and common scenario playbooks for users.
• Create interactive sandbox environments and collaborate on demo projects and datasets for hands-on learning.
• Develop role-specific learning paths and certification programs to recognize user proficiency and encourage ongoing skill development.
• Lead live training sessions, workshops, and webinars for customers and internal teams, fostering a community of practice.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Structural / Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience creating educational content or technical training in life sciences, biotech, or scientific software.
• Basic proficiency in data analysis using Python and relevant data science libraries (pandas, scikit, scipy, matplotlib, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI-guided protein design methods such as Protein Language Models, Structure-based models, Inverse folding, etc.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Excellent visual and written communication skills, with a portfolio of educational materials (tutorials, guides, videos, workshop materials).

Nice to have

• Prior teaching or scientific training experience in academic or industry settings.
• Background in instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience building developer education programs, learning labs, or technical academies.
• Familiarity with protein design, directed evolution, or AI/ML applications in drug discovery.
• Experience producing professional video content and screencasts.
