What you will do

• Drive complex Conversational AI projects from pilot/PoC to full implementation for enterprise clients.
• Design and build scalable, high-performance Conversational AI solutions.
• Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and shape architectural best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and product strategies.
• Deliver technical training and workshops to empower customers and partners.
• Develop precise technical documentation and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a similar Solutions Architect role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Python; experience with back-end integrations.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for front-end design, and server-side applications for data manipulation.
