TL;DR

Partner Success Specialist (Sports): Building and maintaining strong relationships between sports clubs and hirify.global with an accent on proactive communication, supporting clubs and building engagement. Focus on improving the operational performance of partners and identifying new partner opportunities.

Location: Hybrid (Manchester, Northern England). Must be based in Manchester or Northern England area.

What you will do

  • Create long-term relationships with top partners through proactive communication and face-to-face meetings.
  • Improve the operational performance of partners and increase hirify.global’s revenue.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the platform and stay updated with new releases.
  • Onboard new partners to the platform by providing necessary information and tools.
  • Identify clubs at risk of churn and build action plans for reactivation.
  • Identify new partner opportunities by actively tracking the market and engaging with prospects.

Requirements

  • Account manager and sales development experience +2 years.
  • Experience in visiting clients and building long-term relationships.
  • Tech savvy: Experience with Hubspot, other CRMs, and expertise in Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the padel/tennis industry and managing sports clubs.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with Hubspot.
