hirify.global is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join their team.

What you will do

  • Develop and ensure compliance with overall strategy and channel-specific campaign optimization algorithms.
  • Manage the correct and complete operation of channel-specific project analytics and user acquisition.
  • Systematize and improve approaches to user acquisition and decision-making, developing channels with the analytics team.
  • Collaborate with the creative production team and the product team to identify channel growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate with key partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of UA experience in game development.
  • Experience with various user acquisition channels and a strong technical understanding of their functionality.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and work with large amounts of information.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • English level B1 (at least).
  • Ability to communicate clearly, convey complex information simply, and present results in well-understood reports.

Nice to have

  • Educational background in physics & mathematics or technical education.
  • Experience in Python, R, or SQL.
  • Upper Intermediate level of English.
