What you will do

• Apply core Business Analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling.
• Communicate directly with customers and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record.
• Solid understanding of modern digital architectures, including APIs, microservices, and headless architectures.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, web analytics, and accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience applying core Business Analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, documentation, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience communicating directly with customers and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Upper-intermediate level of English (B2) or higher, both written and spoken.
