What you will do

• Manage and optimize complex IT processes with significant functional and financial impact.
• Coordinate relationships with multiple suppliers, including contract negotiation and SLA monitoring.
• Proactively identify and address risks, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps within IT operations.
• Develop clear manuals, procedures, and reports for IT processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT process and operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex processes with high functional and financial impact.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset & Configuration Management.
• Ability to produce clear, structured manuals, procedures, and reports.
• Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal.
