Technical SME Consultant (IAM): Driving and executing a multifactor authentication project in a mixed on-premise and hybrid environment with an accent on secure, stable, and efficient authentication solutions. Focus on troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring consistent Identity & Access Management, and contributing to authentication process design.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Salary: PLN 1,000–1,200/day on B2B

What you will do

• Drive technical execution within the multifactor authentication project.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using system and application logs.
• Ensure consistent and secure Identity & Access Management, including AD group memberships.
• Collaborate and coordinate with technical SMEs and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design, optimization, and improvement of authentication processes and configurations.

Requirements

• Strong experience with on-premise and hybrid environments.
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management, including Active Directory group management.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across multiple log types.
• Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with technical SMEs.
• English: C1+ (Full professional proficiency in spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Experience with GPOs.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with VPN technologies and SAML integrations.
• Experience with Cisco AnyConnect.
• Knowledge of Entra ID.
