What you will do

• Develop and improve game, platform, and data pipeline features with a focus on security, testing, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to maintain high quality in an iterative environment.
• Craft code adhering to internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for high-scale web.
• Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.
• Propose and implement solutions for team efficiency impediments.
• Ship features and improvements with minimal guidance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend development (Typescript/Node, Java, or Rust).
• 3+ years of experience in cloud development, preferably AWS.
• Excellent coding skills and understanding of design patterns and various programming paradigms.
• Comfortable working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process.
• Ability to own features and systems end-to-end, from concept to production.
• Self-motivated, self-managing, with excellent organizational skills.
