What you will do
- Design, program, and implement scalable game systems in Unity for various platforms.
- Break down complex gameplay features into manageable components and user stories.
- Collaborate with design, art, and production teams to deliver visually impressive and optimized games.
- Assess technical risks and provide accurate effort estimates for project planning.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high quality standards.
- Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced engineering team members.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or the Philippines
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in game development using Unity.
- Strong proficiency in C# and Unity API.
- Experience with console development or live-ops releases.
- Solid understanding of game design principles, programming patterns, and 3D math.
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git or SVN and CI tools like Jenkins.
