What you will do

  • Secure and grow existing revenue by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for revenue growth within the current client base.
  • Become a strategic partner for publishers by managing onboarding, deployment, and product evolution phases, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.
  • Professionalize MiLibris account management by standardizing and optimizing processes for consistency and efficiency.
  • Contribute actively to growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and collaborating with teams.

Requirements

  • 4 years of B2B account management experience in media, publishing, SaaS, or digital solutions for publishers.
  • Strong understanding of business challenges for publishers.
  • Skilled in managing client portfolios, securing contract renewals, and driving revenue growth via upsell opportunities.
  • Proficient in managing onboardings and product deployments, collaborating with product, technical, and support teams.
  • Excellent customer service, operational rigor, and strong quality focus.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
