What you will do

• Design and implement APEX solutions (domain/service/selector patterns, one-trigger-per-object, bulkified & governor-safe).
• Build and secure APEX REST APIs, callouts, Platform Events, and async APEX.
• Optimize SOQL/SOSL for large-data operations safely.
• Partner with DevOps on CI/CD (Git, PRs, SFDX/DevOps Center, packaging); support safe rollbacks and feature flagging.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, search, list views, queues, reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to the overall Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring system scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years developing on Salesforce with a strong APEX focus.
• Proven use of enterprise patterns (triggers framework, domain/service/selector), bulkification, and async processing.
• Solid integration skills (APEX REST/HTTP, Platform Events, Named Credentials).
• Strong SOQL performance tuning and data-model understanding.
• Comfortable with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD (SFDX/DevOps Center).
• Clear communication and collaboration with Product, BA, Admins, QA, and Architects; English working proficiency.

Nice to have

• Exposure to LWC (consuming APEX services; basic component patterns).
• Experience in Sales/CS domains (lead→opportunity, renewals/retention, case management).
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architect, Admin/App Builder).
• AI and Agentforce experience or similar AI-driven automation platforms.
