What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ensuring successful execution of client projects.
• Develop and implement data science strategies aligned with the AI team and organizational goals.
• Drive business and strategy development through project delivery and client relationship management.
• Direct multiple projects simultaneously, enhancing analytic and project management skills.
• Play a key role in developing data science capabilities and offerings to advance the analytic platform.
• Provide thought leadership and innovation through research and publication.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Data Science projects, managing delivery for clients.
• Experience with big data, claims analytics, and advanced analytics concepts (text mining, social listening, recommender systems, predictive modeling, Gen AI, large language models).
• Programming background in Python/R.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
• Proven track record of business development, Agile project planning, and project management.
• Team management and skill development experience.
• Relevant domain knowledge (healthcare, pharma) preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English B2 required).
