What you will do

• Administer and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems, ensuring high availability and stability.
• Provide Level 2 support for complex ERP-related incidents and deliver advanced functional assistance.
• Participate in non-regression testing during system upgrades and releases.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, supporting budget tracking and resource monitoring.
• Engage in system enhancement, optimization, and integration initiatives (including M&A projects).

Requirements

• Ability to deploy and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Good knowledge of Windows desktop OS.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, M365, AD, Azure).
• Basic understanding of ITIL framework.
• Good prioritization skills.
• Fluent in English (C1).
