Требования

• Experience building voice products/voice agents in production: IVR/call centers/telephony/mobile assistants (mandatory).
• Applied experience in Intent Recognition / NLU (intent classification, slot-filling, entity extraction, disambiguation).
• Experience applying goal-oriented LLM scenarios: dialogue orchestration, policy, tool-calling, guardrails, fallback.
• Experience optimizing models (optimization for hardware).
• Working in the office (Tekhnopark metro station).
