Focus on identifying and resolving operational issues, coordinating monthly scanning, and ensuring vendor compliance with processes and tools.

What you will do
- Support local operations and account managers to improve operational metrics and ensure vendor success.
- Manage new vendor onboarding, including scanning inventory for catalog creation and setting up branches.
- Action vendor changes such as opening hours, contact numbers, and assortment updates.
- Coordinate monthly scanning dates for selected accounts and ensure immediate action on updates.
- Identify and resolve operational issues impacting vendor performance, such as out-of-stock items or incorrect pricing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding technical or process issues, providing guidance and solutions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an operational, vendor support, or marketplace role.
- Strong understanding of vendor operations and day-to-day execution.
- Experience working with catalogs, inventory, pricing, and operational data.
- Ability to document processes and operational guidelines.
- Comfortable working with data and identifying key insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and escalate appropriately.
Nice to have
- Understanding of grocery or Q-commerce operations.
