What you will do

• Support local operations and account managers to improve operational metrics and ensure vendor success.
• Manage new vendor onboarding, including scanning inventory for catalog creation and setting up branches.
• Action vendor changes such as opening hours, contact numbers, and assortment updates.
• Coordinate monthly scanning dates for selected accounts and ensure immediate action on updates.
• Identify and resolve operational issues impacting vendor performance, such as out-of-stock items or incorrect pricing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding technical or process issues, providing guidance and solutions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an operational, vendor support, or marketplace role.
• Strong understanding of vendor operations and day-to-day execution.
• Experience working with catalogs, inventory, pricing, and operational data.
• Ability to document processes and operational guidelines.
• Comfortable working with data and identifying key insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and escalate appropriately.

Nice to have

• Understanding of grocery or Q-commerce operations.
