We are a small indie studio developing a fast-paced multiplayer PvP game in Unreal Engine 5 with strong traction and a growing community.

We are looking for a 3D Character Creature Artist who can create stylised animal characters, skins, and cosmetic variations. You should have a strong understanding of animal anatomy and be able to translate it into expressive, game-ready models with personality while maintaining performance for multiplayer environments.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Create stylised animal character models and skin variants
• Design cosmetic items and visual customisation options
• Work within a defined art style while contributing creative ideas
• Deliver game-ready assets optimized for multiplayer gameplay
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and performance standards

📚 Required Skills
• Strong character and creature modelling skills using Blender, Maya, or ZBrush
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5 asset pipelines
• Understanding of optimized game-ready models with clean topology and sensible poly budgets
• Strong texturing and material skills suitable for a forward shading pipeline
• Solid understanding of stylisation and animal anatomy

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience working on multiplayer games
• Experience creating cosmetic systems or character skin variations
• Familiarity with performance constraints in competitive PvP projects
