Salary: $108,000–$172,800

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance hirify.global’s suite of z/VM management products (VM:Secure, VM:Backup, and VM:Spool).
• Contribute to the security, report management, and system automation capabilities on z/VM.
• Engage in a balanced mix of software development and technical support workloads.
• Collaborate effectively within an in-office team, focusing on execution and delivering value.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
• Prior experience as a developer on z/VM or z/OS (z/VM preferred).
• Strong HLASM skills are a must.
• Proficiency in REXX.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US.

Nice to have

• C Programming skills.
• Experience with systems programming.
