What you will do

• Define project objectives and requirements with internal & external customers and stakeholders.
• Prioritize requirements and define scope to meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain project management deliverables including implementation plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Manage deliverables such as SOWs, change management, and approvals.
• Partner with development teams to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
• Track project performance, resolve issues, and report progress to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years of Program Management or Technical Product Management experience in Chip Design/VLSI organization.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when executing projects and solving problems.

Nice to have

• MSEE preferred.
• PMP/PgMP and/or other Project Management certification.
• Knowledgeable about interface IP like DDR, HBM, Serdes, UCIe.
• Familiar with mixed-signal IP design flow and methodologies, Verilog/RTL coding & Verification.
