What you will do

  • Serve as Scrum Master for multiple AI development teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
  • Implement and continuously improve agile methodologies and processes for AI/ML development.
  • Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies.
  • Monitor and report on key program metrics and project status to stakeholders.
  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for specific AI Factory components.
  • Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for the AI team, defining user stories and epics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, product management, or a similar role.
  • At least 2 years focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science initiatives.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification/experience.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in an Agile environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
