Location: Applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $280,000 - $340,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and drive the enterprise data and analytics strategy in alignment with company objectives and Technology Group priorities.
• Partner with key business partners to inform business strategy through data-driven insights.
• Own the end-to-end information delivery lifecycle, from data ingestion and integration through analytics and insight delivery.
• Establish and operationalize data governance, quality, and stewardship standards enterprise-wide.
• Build and lead high-performing data, analytics, and engineering teams while fostering a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• Executive-level leadership experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, or information delivery.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end data architecture, including ETL/ELT, analytics engineering, and modern data platforms.
• Proven ability to define data strategy while building and operating production data systems.
• Strong track record translating complex data concepts into actionable business insights for executive audiences.
• Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
