Salary: $127,100.00 - $203,000.00 (California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC)

What you will do

• Design, operate, and continuously improve StreetEasy’s product development operating system.
• Lead and refine quarterly and annual planning processes, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Establish clear decision pathways and accountability models.
• Partner with Product and Design leaders to strengthen how ideas move from insight to shipped value.
• Collaborate with hirify.global’s broader Product Operations and Program Management organization to evaluate and integrate shared standards.
• Champion AI-enabled ways of working across product development.

Requirements

• Substantial experience (8+ years) in product operations, program management, or product management supporting complex teams.
• Proven ability to lead planning and execution within a matrixed organization.
• Strong systems thinker with a data-informed mindset.
• Deep, practical experience with agile product development.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships while constructively challenging teams and leaders.
• Experience and enthusiasm for integrating AI and automation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with marketplaces, e-commerce, regulated environments, or NYC-specific real estate dynamics is a plus.
