What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design efforts for a complex lending platform initiative.
• Define experience strategy and future-state vision for internal and external users.
• Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction models using Figma.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Business teams.
• Deliver compelling storytelling and presentations to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Experience Strategy, or Design Research.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise platform and complex workflow design.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, banking, lending, or regulated environments.
• Background designing complex B2B or enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting both employee-facing and client-facing experiences.
