What you will do
- Lead the development and implementation of a unified revenue data strategy that aligns Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs focused on return on spend.
- Act as the primary analytical bridge between Finance and the Revenue Operations team.
- Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Gather, normalize, and integrate data from various sources, including CRM (Hubspot), marketing automation platforms, ERP (Odoo), web analytics, social media platforms, and advertising third party sites.
- Proactively identify areas for data improvement and automation, streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Analytics within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a track record of bridging marketing performance data with finance-driven revenue targets.
- Expertise in building and maintaining scalable reports and dashboards using a variety of tools, including business intelligence platforms and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with data lakes (BigQuery).
- Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, Google Sheets, and scripting languages for data analysis.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
