Junior IT Service Desk Specialist: Providing first-line IT support and managing SaaS tools for a global, digital-first team with an accent on timely issue resolution and user onboarding/offboarding. Focus on improving support processes and documentation to enhance the user experience across various platforms.

Location: Remote, or in person at the London Hub.

What you will do

  • Provide timely first-line IT support to hirify.globalrs via the ticketing system or in person at the London Hub.
  • Manage daily administration of core SaaS platforms, including Okta, Kandji, Freshservice, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Notion.
  • Introduce new team members to hirify.global and assist them in setting up their hardware and software.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of support articles and improve internal process documentation using Notion.
  • Handle offboarding for departing team members, including the systematic removal of users and collection of hardware.
  • Identify support ticket trends and propose improvements to address the root causes of repeated issues.

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing IT team to achieve objectives.
  • Passionate about IT and security, with the ability to provide a seamless experience for other hirify.globalrs.
  • Effective communication skills across all functions and levels of the business.
  • Curious about emerging technologies, including AI, and excited to learn how they can be used to improve teamwork.
