Salary: $118,299 – $223,510 a year

What you will do

• Serve as the EPM subject matter expert in sales cycles, including demos and executive conversations.
• Lead complex EPM implementations and act as a trusted advisor, offering practical guidance on model design and forecasting methodologies.
• Work closely with Product Development to translate customer realities into actionable product insights and influence the EPM roadmap.
• Create thought leadership content (blogs, webinars, white papers) and partner with Marketing on EPM messaging.
• Monitor EPM and FP&A market trends, translating insights into concrete recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of hands-on FP&A experience, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes, including AOP, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Direct, hands-on experience implementing or operating EPM / FP&A platforms such as Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPM, or Planful.
• Experience integrating EPM tools with source systems (CRM, HRIS, ERP).
• Comfort working with complex models, data structures, and forecasting logic.
• Ability to articulate complex budgeting and forecasting concepts clearly to both finance and non-finance executive audiences.
