What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to accounts, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Guide customers through a value realization journey, designing technical and business-focused solutions to drive adoption and growth.
• Demonstrate the business value of hirify.global solutions in solving customer problems and achieving target outcomes.
• Drive expansion within current product lines and promote the adoption of multi-product integrated solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams like Solutions Architecture, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Provide authoritative guidance on DevOps concepts, leveraging skills in infrastructure architecture, cloud, and security.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in understanding concepts and technologies in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, and containers.
• Proven experience with implementing software products or solutions in large enterprise companies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to work well in a highly dynamic team environment and collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of, and experience with, any of the tools in the hirify.global portfolio.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DevOps).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
