What you will do
- Troubleshoot SAC/Datasphere access, performance, and model errors, documenting to audit standards.
- Set up spaces/workspaces, roles/permissions, connections, and content moves with approvals.
- Coach users and design/build SAC stories, calculations, filters, and data actions.
- Monitor platform status, jobs, pipelines, refreshes, and transports to prevent outages.
- Manage roles and sharing to maintain auditable records and periodic reviews.
- Document RCA, support controlled changes, and keep KB/SOPs current.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in BI/application support with hands-on SAC and Datasphere experience.
- Experience in a regulated environment (GxP/SOX).
- Knowledge of SAC: story building/troubleshooting, calculations, scheduling, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Datasphere: space admin, connections, data flows, semantic modeling, and transports.
- Experience with Identity & Access: SSO/SAML/OAuth.
- Conversational English
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data governance/privacy and validation lifecycle.
- Experience with monitoring tools (SAP, Azure Monitor, Splunk) and audit trails.
- Knowledge of BW/4HANA modeling, HANA SQL, and calculation views.
