What you will do
- Develop and maintain a clear vision for your product area, guiding prioritization and aligning with the broader Product Vision & Strategy.
- Collaborate with UX and analytics to conduct customer research and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Analyze competitors, define success metrics, and work with your trio to create experiments for validating hypotheses.
- Partner with engineering on technical feasibility assessments, resource planning, and breaking down complex features into phased launches.
- Write comprehensive product requirements that link business objectives, desired outcomes, and proposed solutions with supporting evidence.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate feature releases, and monitor post-launch metrics to iterate on learnings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, capable of identifying high-impact opportunities and shaping evidence-based solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills, working closely with Engineering and UX to drive measurable improvements.
- Experience conducting customer research, data analysis, and translating user insights into product strategy and roadmaps.
- Ability to define specific outcomes, ensuring alignment between user needs, business objectives, and product vision.
- Proficiency in analyzing competitors, defining success metrics, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Must be able to align working hours with 7:00 AM EST daily until at least 1:00 PM EST several days a week.
