What you will do

• Grow and manage a portfolio of institutional crypto clients.
• Bring and expand an existing client book.
• Drive OTC flow across spot and options.
• Support distribution of vanilla options and structured solutions.
• Provide market color, volatility insights, and execution support.
• Increase annual trading volumes and revenue contribution.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience (5+ years considered if strong track record).
• Background at crypto market makers, OTC desks, or competitors.
• Demonstrated ability to grow a client book and proven revenue generation ($1m+ PnL).
• Primary asset focus on Crypto (spot + derivatives) with a strong preference for options flow experience.
• Track record of annual trading volumes in the $100m–$1bn+ range.
• Ability to bring a portable or semi-portable client book.

• Stablecoin business exposure.
• Strong institutional relationships.
• Deep crypto market understanding.
