What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of key programmatic accounts.
  • Lead, support, and mentor a team of 2–4 sellers.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with major holding companies and agency partners.
  • Contribute to shaping and refining the go-to-market strategy for AI-powered digital supply solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven management or player/coach experience in digital media sales.
  • Deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, data, measurement, CTV, etc.).
  • Strong, established relationships with large agency holding companies.
  • A revenue-first mindset with the ability to inspire and elevate a team.
  • Strategic thinker capable of operating both tactically and at a leadership level.
