What you will do

• Support editorial decision‑making and contribute to the journal’s editorial strategy.
• Help lead, coordinate, and support the editorial team in collaboration with the Editor‑in‑Chief.
• Manage peer review processes and commission high‑quality content.
• Stay informed on developments in biomedical and clinical research and relevant news.
• Represent the journal at conferences, meetings, and institutional visits.
• Write and commission editorials, reviews, and commentaries to strengthen the journal’s profile.

Requirements

• Advanced training or equivalent experience in medical, biomedical, or related research fields.
• Significant editorial experience, including senior‑level responsibility and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of biological and biomedical sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate constructively with diverse stakeholders and communities.
• Confidence using common digital and office tools (e.g. MS Office or equivalent).
