Focus on defining roadmaps, establishing KPIs, optimizing ingestion pipelines, and driving ROI through authoritative legal data competitive with industry leaders.

Location: Remote within the US. Hybrid work is expected for local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, and Sydney, requiring in-office attendance twice per week.

What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for hirify.global’s U.S. federal and state structured primary legal materials, targeting full parity with Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Establish and track KPIs for completeness, update latency, structural accuracy, and enrichment depth of the U.S. Structured Materials Collection.
• Partner with Content Ops, Data Ops, and Engineering to operate and evolve proprietary, resilient, and scalable ingestion and enrichment pipelines.
• Govern metadata and structural standards for legal data, leading enrichment programs combining editorial expertise and AI to improve usability.
• Quantify the impact of new coverage and enrichment investments with Finance and FP&A, presenting quarterly updates on roadmap progress and financial outcomes.
• Act as hirify.global’s internal subject-matter expert for U.S. structured materials, enabling Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in legal publishing, legal data operations, or product/content management.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. legislative and regulatory lifecycle, including authoritative relationships between session laws, codified statutes, and administrative codes.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting legislative history lines and code structure.
• Strong product ownership and cross-functional leadership, with data-driven prioritization and ROI modeling skills.
• Technical literacy across ETL pipelines, ingestion systems, and metadata architectures.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
