What you will do

• Serve as the lead technical consultant on cybersecurity, including threat modeling, risk assessment, secure coding, and compliance.
• Research emerging threats and translate findings into security requirements for AI models and platforms.
• Define and maintain data-driven risk frameworks (e.g., Cyber Risk Rubric) to support AI risk prioritization.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to design security validation experiments and evaluate model effectiveness.
• Mentor teams on cybersecurity best practices and elevate overall security maturity.
• Act as liaison between AI development teams and the broader cybersecurity organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience (security research, threat intelligence, or security architecture).
• Strong knowledge of threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure development practices.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• English: B2 required.
• US work authorization for W2 employment is required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI/ML or data-driven technologies.
