What you will do

• Review and improve campsite photo galleries according to guidelines.
• Communicate with campsite managers to secure required images and provide support.
• Manage and support a team of up to 10 photo coordinators, including training.
• Oversee daily/weekly workflows, task allocation, and perform quality control.
• Track progress, report on performance, and identify/solve challenges.
• Drive continuous process improvement for visual content management.

Requirements

• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week.
• Immediate start required.
• Comfortable working within the UK time zone on a self-employed basis.
• Proven experience in account management, account coordination, or similar, ideally managing B2B accounts.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating workflows end-to-end.
• Strong people management skills and ability to build effective relationships.
• Confident using Google Sheets for workflow management, tracking, and reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce environments.
• Experience working with online portals, SaaS platforms, or CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Experience with visual content (photography or video).
• Background in short-let accommodation, travel, or property management.
