What you will do

• Review campsite photo galleries against guidelines to identify image quality and coverage improvements.
• Communicate required image changes to campsite managers and assist with related enquiries.
• Proactively contact and follow up with campsite owners via phone and email to secure high-quality image uploads.
• Maintain accurate records for campsite accounts.

Requirements

• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week from March to August (6 months).
• Immediate start required.
• Happy to work within the UK time zone on a self-employed basis.
• Previous experience in account management or coordination, ideally with B2B accounts.
• Experience with online portals or SaaS.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in European languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German, and/or Dutch).
• Background in short-let accommodation, outdoor/property management, or the travel industry.
• E-commerce experience.
