Salary: £15 per hour, to be invoiced monthly.

What you will do

• Select and optimize primary and secondary images for outdoor accommodation listings.
• Retouch and enhance images to maintain consistently high visual standards.
• Collaborate with the team using spreadsheets and tracking tools for workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing and optimizing large volumes of images for e-commerce or managing professional image galleries.
• Expert in Adobe Lightroom Classic, with own access required.
• Ability to work remotely from the UK or Europe.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Strong creative sense and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable with record maintenance and collaboration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with property, travel, or outdoor photography.
• Degree or equivalent in photography, visual arts, or digital media.
