What you will do
- Shape, conduct, and translate user research to uncover latent needs and drive product experience strategy.
- Craft and communicate compelling, forward-facing design concepts relevant to customer and business needs.
- Add clarity to ambiguous problem spaces by understanding users, environments, and market expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Scrum, and Quality to define requirements and deliver clear digital experiences.
- Advocate for tactility, accessibility, and design excellence throughout the project lifecycle, measuring solutions post-release.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills for collaborative environments and presenting ideas confidently.
- Product leadership ability to think holistically about features within the hirify.global suite.
- Proficiency in iterative prototyping using low and high-fidelity tools and wireframing techniques.
- Problem-solving mindset to address complex design challenges with innovative solutions.
- Organizational skills to plan and execute design and research, utilizing the hirify.global design system (Uniform).
- Technical proficiency with modern component-based design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative suite) and tools like Miro.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final design solutions.

- Experience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, translating insights into product outcomes.
